Maximum eight athlete T-shirts and one T-shirt for the coach.
XXL and XXXL is an additional $2.00.
Each additional player after eight is $15.00 and will include a T-shirt
T-shirt not guaranteed if additional player is added after MAY 25.
Athletes in bordering states that do not have State Games are invited to participate.

The first eight teams in each division whose complete entry forms are received are guaranteed Regional site choice. Teams play in division based on grade as of September 2013, according to the player in the highest grade. Graduated Seniors must play in adult divisions. Each player may play on only one team per division. Scholastic players may play up a grade level but not down. No refunds will be given.

regional format:

The Regional tournament will be played under National Federation of State High School Association Rules with Pool Play and Bracketed Championship format.
The top teams from each division advance to Finals July 19, in Billings.
The number of teams that advance is based on the total number of teams in that division at the Regional.
Athletes of the top three teams in each division at Regionals will receive ribbons.

finals format:
Finals format will also be Pool Play and Bracket Championship.
Replacement players from Regionals to Finals cannot have played on another team in that division during Regional play.
Athletes from the top three teams in each division at Finals will receive medals.

roster changes:
Additions and/or changes to any team roster are allowed for compelling reasons only and must be in Big Sky State Games office one week before Regional competition and for Finals by July 13, 2013.
A fee of $15 will be charged for roster changes.
All roster changes are subject to approval.

Biography:

Jeff Carroll

Jeff Carroll returns for his 17th year as Volleyball Commissioner. Jeff is the 26-year head coach of Billings Senior High's Volleyball team winning State Championships in 1991, 1992, 1997, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, & 2008 and finished as runner-ups in 1995, 1996, 1998 and 2001. The Montana Coaches Association named Jeff "Coach of the Year" in 1991, 1992, 1997, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 and he was named the 1999-2000 NFCA Northwest Section Coach of the Year. In 2007, he was a NHSACA National Coach of the Year Nominee. He has coordinated the Montana "AA" All-Star Match for the past 21 years. In August 2009, Jeff was inducted into the Montana Coaches Hall of Fame. info@bigskygames.org
