Vince Francischetti
Commissioner
12th
Year
Ice Hockey Commissioner, Vince Francischetti, began skating as a
child and he renewed his interest to teach his son & daughter in-line hockey and ice
hockey; an
experience that has been fun for both Francischettis. Vince coaches
and referees ice
hockey for the Billings Amateur Hockey League. Vince works at DST Forms.

First year Commissioner, Don McPherson
began skating recreationally in high school. He renewed his interest
through a long time friend and started skating again with his son. Don
