Ellis Heggen
Commissioner
7th
Year
Ellis Heggen has been involved in martial arts for over 25
years and has been assisting with the State Games for 15 years. Ellis
is a fifth-degree Assistant Chief Instructor CHA-3 Kenpo and has been an
Academic Self-defense instructor at the University of Great Falls for 14
years. He is employed by Great Falls Clinic as a Medical Materials
Manager.

Nelsa Heggen
Commissioner
7th Year
Nelsa has been assisting
with Big Sky State Games Competition for 16 years, serving 14 of
those as floor manager. She also is the floor manager for "Fight for
What's Right." Nelsa is an Accounts Payable Technician at the
University
of Great Falls. |
