Junior Tournament approved by the USTA and will have sanctioned events
available. USTA membership can be bought on site.
Tournament Check-In:
Match winners are
responsible for reporting the match scores to site directors and for
updating the master draw at Pioneer Park.
Match Check-In:
All players must check-in 15 minutes before each match at their respective
match sites. Juniors check in at Pioneer Park, Adult check in West High
School tennis courts.

Leonard Harkless
Commissioner
9th Year
Leonard Harkless started playing tennis with his twins and wife Jo in
1992. He has been Tournament Director for several Billings Tennis
Association events. He served on the board of directors for the BTA and
is a Certified Umpire in the Intermountain Region compiled of Nevada,
Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, and Montana. Leonard is the current
President of the BTA. Leonard will be assisted by Jo, Andrew and Lyndsey
Harkless.
